Title work is completed within 3 business days for most counties. Title may be ordered by phone, fax or email.

Title work to brokers/lenders ALWAYS includes a 24 month chain of title, an insured closing letter and a specific list of our fees.

Preliminary HUDs are NOT A PROBLEM.

Loan Officers and Closers receive Settlement Statements via email (or fax, if preferred) the moment it is prepared – normally within an hour of our receipt of closing instructions.

Realtors receive Settlement Statements via email (or fax, if preferred) the moment it is approved by the Lender.

At the closing table, we MAKE YOU SHINE which encourages your client to send you referrals!

Off-site closings are available, normally Monday through Thursday. For off-site closings on Fridays, please call well in advance to schedule, as Fridays fill up fast.
